2500 sq villa and all it’s for you to have best and comfortable vacation
All the villa renovated and everything new
indoor hot tub SPA good up to 6 persons with cap holders and pilots

The pool are not heated

There is restroom outside for pool and BBQ So don’t have go inside when doing BBQ or wet from the pool

The parking lot it’s huge and it’s sharing with the other villa we have there that 150ft from the house
there is backyard that belongs to the other villa and it's privet for the other villa ( not allowed to enter there)
Only the parking lot is sharing by both villas
the two villas are separate from each other, and they both have separate privet back yard
There is 6 security cameras outside
At the front and back
At gate at the front door
Those cameras only for security and to give our guest to feel safe
The Pool guy come twice in a week
Tuesday and Thursday
He knock on the door before to let you know he there
Just 15 minutes from the strip 10 minutes from airport
10 minuets from Convention center and UNLV
10 minutes to the stadium and T-Mobile arena
Close to all the restaurant or shopping place
Just 5 minutes walk to Home Depot, Walmart , 99 cent store, park, Bank of America, McDonald’s , Burger king and all the shopping centers that you need
Very quiet neighborhood and safety
everything is close, no car needed

Summary: Property is in an extremely convenient. Area is a little iffy but we had no problems! Clean, lots of space! Entertainment for everyone. We had a toddler, young kids, teens & 5+ adults & everyone had stuff to do. Great property for big families! Had a great time!

Summary: Place could have been a little cleaner, especially the pool, but overall a great space for a get together. Lots of beds and room and overall a pleasant visit

Summary: The place was very clean and lived up to everything we expected. It was plenty of room for everyone and located in a great neighborhood that was close to the strip and surrounded by plenty of shopping. The host was very responsive and checked on us constantly.
